You want to make the NPE better? Do this.

Part 3
As for a tutorial, make it have classes in which you can attend (for things like fittings and the market) and preform (for things like how to move about the battlefield, and specific types of fighting like EWAR).
Do these things, or something similar, and I assure you that the NPE will improve.
